BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

$40 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

A $40 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid.

The $40 deposit will be applied toward your total service balance.

PLEASE NOTE: The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel, reschedule, do not show up, or fail to follow the salon’s booking requirements.

WASH & HAIR PREPARATION

If you book a Wash & Blow service, your hair must be washed, clean, and completely dry before you arrive for your appointment.

Please do not apply any products to your hair after washing, including:

  • Oils
  • Grease
  • Gel
  • Edge control
  • Leave-in conditioner
  • Hair creams
  • Any other hair products

Your hair must be clean, fully dried, and free of products before your appointment.

Failure to follow these preparation requirements may result in your appointment being delayed, adjusted, or refused, and your $40 deposit will remain non-refundable.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

Please arrive on time with your hair properly prepared according to the requirements above. Additional services or changes to your appointment may result in additional charges.
